Dates:

The CS Club Hackathon will kick off on the 5th of August and will run for an exciting 72 hours, concluding on the 8th of August. Mark your calendars for the winner announcement on the 12th of August, where we'll reveal the most outstanding projects!

Eligibility:

This thrilling coding event is open to high schoolers and college students who are proud Moroccan citizens. Whether you're a coding prodigy or just starting your journey in the tech world, all eligible participants are warmly welcome to join in on the fun!

Project and Submission Requirements:

Participants are encouraged to dive into their creativity and develop projects in line with the hackathon theme. The projects can encompass web applications, mobile apps, or any innovative software solution. Make sure to submit a 2-minute (or less) video presentation, a link to your hosted website on Netlify, and the public repository link for your project.

Prizes:

The competition will be fierce, but the rewards are undoubtedly worth it! The top three participants will be honored with certificates—a gleaming gold certificate for the first-place winner, along with the opportunity to have their website published. The second and third-place winners will receive prestigious silver and bronze certificates, respectively.

Judging Criteria and Winner Selection:

Our esteemed panel of judges will evaluate each project based on the following criteria:

  • Innovation and Creativity: Judges will be impressed by projects that demonstrate originality, uniqueness, and creative problem-solving approaches.

  • Functionality and User Experience: The usability, user-friendliness, and overall functionality of the projects will play a crucial role in the evaluation process.

  • Technical Complexity and Execution: The technical prowess, code quality, and implementation intricacies will be carefully considered to identify the most outstanding projects.

The winners will be selected based on the judges' collective assessment of these criteria, and the results will be announced on the 12th of August.
